Trail of the Mounties is a 1947 American film about Sandy Sanderson, a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman, who is seeking to thwart a gang of fur thieves led by his twin brother Johnny. The film uses a screenplay by Betty Burbridge and was directed by Howard Bretherton. Russell Hayden stars as both Sand and Johnny Sanderson, with Jennifer Holt as Kathie McBain, Emmett Lynn as Gumdrop, Terry Frost as Nick, Harry Cording as Hawkins, Charles Bedell as Maurice, and Zon Murray as Jacques.
